Following a new breakfast show for the indie music station, new shows and presenters have been announced for the weekend line-up.
Comedian Josh Widdicombe will join the station from 19th January presenting a show every Saturday from 10am to 1pm. Former BBC Radio 6 Music weekend breakfast presenter Jo Good will be joined by musicians, journalists and bloggers for the Xfm Review Show on Sunday nights at 9pm.
I am so delighted I have been offered the chance to do this show on a station where I have previously listened to people I love like Adam And Joe, Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant. Also, it’s nice to finally be offered a job where I don’t have to brush my hair.

Guest bands, comedians and actors will be invited to choose an hour of music on The Mixtape on Sundays from 8pm, starting with The Maccabees last Sunday. New music programme Communion Presents… “will be sharing the music the label is passionate about, welcoming inspirational artists to the show and delivering an hour packed with live sessions, interviews, gig guides and plenty more,” according to the station.
