Dance music station KISS starts test transmissions nationally

Dance music station KISS has started test transmissions across the UK.

The station is best known for playing music from artists Bruno Mars, Rihanna, David Guetta and Chris Brown during the day and specialist music programmes at night. KISS began as a London-based pirate radio station in the 80’s before relaunching as a legal station in 1990.

The station is already available on FM in London, East Anglia and the Severn Estuary, as well as Sky, Virgin Media and Freeview. KISS is currently available locally on DAB in several parts of England. By going national the station will be available to around 90% of Great Britain.

More details will be announced early this year.
